I was recently thinking about what was still available from Smith & Deakin a local supplier of fibreglass panels for the Riley 1.5 based in Worcester and thought I'd upload their price list in case any newer members weren't aware you could still get these. They're quoting a lead times of eight weeks since these are not stock items any more but are made to order only. I've used fibreglass wings in the distant past and found them really good so hopefully the other panels on offer will be of similar quality. I have seen a car fitted with a fibreglass front panel and you wouldn't have known so with the shortage of decent steel front panels in particular and the cost of them now this might be an option that helps someone out. Must admit I've never see one of their sun visors - has anyone had any experience of those? Contact details are: Smith & Deakins Plastics 75 Blackpole Trading Estate West Worcester. WR3 8TJ Telephone: 01905 458886 By the way there is also another supplier of fibreglass wings called Honeybourne Moulding based in Evesham and they quote a price of £97. Cheers Rob Attachments:

Sun visor, as in outside of car above screen?
I like the sound of that are there any pictures?
Also useful, as I had not heard of these guys before and I'll need wings at some stage but would probably look for metal first then fibreglass.
Really handy to have options though thank you!

Yes, the sort of visor that fits across the top of the windscreen. I did ask for any pictures but he said he hadn't got any (sounded a bit harassed, said they were really busy - if you look at their range of panels for all sorts of cars it's considerable) but said he still had the original moulds from back in the '60s. I've attached a pdf of the priced catalogue on their website. Prices are shown as November 2017 but I checked and he said they are still correct.
