Following the unexpected closure of the Dunchurch Park Hotel on Tuesday, Matt Parkes, John Paul
and I have today explored alternative venues and we have unanimously concluded that, given that time is of the essence, our best option is the Golden Lion Hotel, Main Street, Easenhall, Rugby CV23 0JA.
We have reserved the function room which seats 60.
The AGM will be held at 11am in the Private Restaurant Room and accessible via Zoom - Check the Riley Record for details of how to connect to the meeting.
A limited number of rooms are currently available for Saturday and Sunday nights, and members wishing to reserve a room (or book dinner for Saturday) should call the hotel directly on 01788 833577 mentioning Riley.
