Hi, Just gone on the clubs website to find that the downloads page has been removed. Unfortunately we cant download/view the One-Point-Five workshop manual. Is this an oversight - if so, can we have it back - its a great resource for us - shame not to have it. Roger

Hi Roger, We are about to launch a new website so a few alignments are being made between the old and new.
We are due to discuss the way that this should be made available in the Committee meeting tomorrow as well as the legality of having it freely available.
Will get back to you with the Committee decision next week.

Curious this discussion.
I just mentioned this subject in a thread on the one-point-five forum.
Some years ago an overseas member, (Tom Rymes) went to a good bit of effort to scan this workshop manual so losing this would not be a good thing.
All the best for bringing back these type of resource

Hello all! Don't worry the files are safe and sound!
We're about to launch the new website and it will be available in the members downloads section.
I'd definitely advise getting yourselves a paper copy.

No worries, I have a hard copy. However you know how this works, the hardcopy is not always at hand, and sometimes when on the road, or at a show, under the car with your tablet or wherever electronic retrieval is a 'nice to have'. This is is why the scan was done initially.
Look forward to the new site, first I heard of it, did I miss this communicated in the Record?

It's mentioned in the June edition which you should be getting any day now.We didn't want to mention it until it was nearly ready.

OK this is great. Takes a while for the Record to cross the ocean from wherever it is mailed.

Can anyone provise an update on how to access the downloads section? It says to put in your "Member's password" but nothing I try has any effect, and there is no register or forgotten password option.
John.

Hi John, It would appear that the password changes with each edition of the Riley Record. The latest password is 'resolution'!
This doesn't help us with a poor memory and/or those of us whose computer has the facility to remember passwords!
Anyway you should be able to access the members section with this. However not much point as there appear to have been no updates for quite a while. I wonder why the ads in the Riley Record aren't put on the members pages as a matter of course?
Happy New Year, Roger

Now I know why I can not access the page, thanks Roger. and by your comments not much purpose? As I have mentioned before I like the convenience to access the manual. So if I understand well, I will need to wait 2-3 weeks into the quarter to receive my Riley Record. (overseas account) to access a document? that was member provided? @ Harris, Please make this right. Patiently Bruce

Hi Bruce and Noddy. I just logged into the members page using the original password. I must admit that I haven't noticed a new password in the December issue. Hope this helps? Cheers, Bob.

Bob, it might explain why I can't get "resolution" to work!

Is the download login working for anyone? I've just tried using the password in the February Record but all that happens is the same password page re-loads.
John.

Try the last password. It worked for me on the day I received the latest mag. Cheers.
