I'm researching the Riley 24 event of 1935 which was based on Aberystwyth and I'm trying to find the location of Old Lead Mines Hill.
Has any research already been done on this event and does anyone know this location, please ?

I see no one seems to have replied to your query re the Riley Motor Club 24 hr Trial of 1935. However the trial based at Aberystwyth was held in 1936 according to a film made at the time recording scenes from the event. These included driving tests and views of Aberystwyth prom with all the cars lined up on it.
This film has been converted to a USB, but it needs more info added to it before it becomes available to members. This is in hand.
