Every five years since 1995, the Club has organised this run for all Riley Clubs to celebrate the foundation of the Club way back in 1925. I believe it to be 2nd oldest one make car club in GB if not the world.
It should therefore have been run this year, but had to be postponed (not cancelled) until next year when it will be run on 25th to 27th of May. All those who paid their entry to go on the Run this year have decided they want to take part next year and the three hotels (The Holiday Inn Garforth, The Crown at Wetheral and the Peebles Hydro) are keeping their rooms when booked for this year to be available next year. One or two entrants have decided to drop out, but at the same we have since received further several definite enquiries to join the Run.
Fingers crossed that the covid virus does not interfere with the plans and the event will go ahead.
