I know the colour code for Yukon Grey is GR-7, and the corresponding Ditzler PPG code is 31919, but are there any other cross-referencing paint codes about? My LHD Riley R1987 is going to paint soon to be in its original Yukon Grey colour, and my paint guys here in the US are scratching their heads on this subject trying to make sure of the correct colour.
I was researching online and came across an old Elf thread from 2010 that showed two BMC Touch-Up paint cans, one Birch Grey that had the number of "AKJ 3024", and Yukon Grey "AKJ ####" as I couldn't make out the numbers. If anyone might know those numbers please let me know. See the photo below.
In more research I found that for the year 1959, Du Pont Chip 91 is Yukon Gray, also called Dark (Frilford) Gray for Morris Minor 1000, Morris Oxford Series V, and MG Magnette Mark III. I'm sure there has to be a simple answer to all this, but it's just not my expertise. Any and all help is appreciated.
I'm thinking of doing a two-tone with a Damask Red top/hood, but not on the boot/deck lid as I think that's just too much red. Original colours, but different combo. Thoughts?

Hi Scott
I can’t help with the missing numbers but AKJ **** is the BMC part number, not specifically a paint code.
Good choice of colour!
Cheers Gordon
