Some of us still work during the week and wont be able to attend - My boss is great but I don't think he will let me off for a car meeting!

OK, well understood, my problem for many years before I retired. Now I've got the best job ever.
Why not consider the Sunday lunch at the Hickstead Hotel on 13 September? I would love to see your 1.5.
