Can anyone help identify the gaskets I need for the photo attached please. What would the name be and where would I get them? Thanks

These gaskets are not unique to the Riley rather fit any H4 carburetter. Think MGA or Magnette of the era. Have a look here;
sucarb.co.uk/insulating-manifold-air-inlet-gaskets/manifold-flange-gaskets.html
Burlen Ltd is the firm that bought SU carburetters many years ago & support the complete line. May I suggest you take a close look at the overall state of the carburetters? Ensure the jet is free to move with the choke levers, sometimes the cork gland in the jet bearing dries out. Also have a close look at the throttle spindles. These can wear and also wear the throttle body part of the carburetter. This wear can wreak havoc with achieving a good fuel mixture. In any event a kit, either gasket or rebuild is available through Burlen. I do not know your mechanical skill level, and this may be taking you too far, however to undertake a rebuild of these carbs is not so daunting , a bit of time, patience and a machining firm (if the shafts need sorting) should see you clear. You can go from this,
to this, to this,
in quite short order and it is fun. Let us know how you make out

Thanks Bruce. Not ready to start the refurbishment of carbs yet. We removed them to look at the manifold and aid removal/fitting of new exhaust.
Will certainly refer back to this thread though thank you.
Looking at your link now.!

Hi DLM, Looking at your photo, you also need a thick rubber spacer and heat shield in there. Both essential if you are to avoid fuel and carb problems when hot. Roger

Be aware the heat shield is a soft type of asbestos. I had mine professionally stripped and then attached "Supalux" board (the stripping company gave me a free offcut). This has worked fine for many years.

It's a while ago now but I recall it was a very soft material, not solid board. Indeed the company I got to strip it hadn't seen anything like it. As such I felt is would be easy to accidentally disturb it which is why I got rid of it. But I am no expert in these things.

I can see some more 'modern' solutions online but it's getting one that fits. For now I may just pop the old one back until we look at the engine in more detail. Thanks for the heads up - much appreciated.
