Hi. I am looking for Riley 1.5 (1965) door seals, boot seals, and quarter light rubbers, plus the bonnet hinge rubbers. Would any club member be able to help?
Is it possible to source the chrome trim strip fixings that connect to the doors / wings?
Any help much appreciated.

Try the club spares - they should be able to supply all of those!

Hello rockandgravel,
Yes as Roger writes do contact the Riley Motor Club spares department they may have what your are looking for. I do understand that the quarter light rubbers may be 'rare'.
If unable to locate the trim fixes try this link,
www.bresco.com/acatalog/Metal_Moulding_Clips.html
Come see us on the one-point-five specific forum,
B

As above, when I recently enquired about the quarter light ones the cupboard was bare I'm afraid. Everything else they had though

Hi all, yes there is an issue with quarterlight seals at the moment, but we are trying to source a re manufactured batch. Not a two minute job, I'm afraid, but we are working on it. The rest should be in stock, including new chrome wing, bonnet and door spears!

I have an A40Farina and, of course belong to the Club. They had great trouble in sourcing an affordable 1/4light rubber - the tooling cost was the problem. However a solution was by having the rubber made in 3 sections with, I am told, good results. I will find the latest magazine and give the name of the company to Bob. I always intended to compare the 1/4lights of the Riley and the A40 but did not get around to it. I do not have Riley to hand at the moment but I suspect they may well be the same. More info to come when we return from our NY trip. Harry
