Has anyone replaced the screw terminal fuse box with one utilising push-on AMP type terminals ? The ideal would be all circuits separately fused. Look forward to your replies and/or suggestions. Harry

Hello Harry
Nice suggestion. I am a bit of a 'preservationist' when it comes to my old cars so I chose to leave the fuse box as is, and use in line fuse holders. I also found there is not a lot of room on the Riley for a 'large' fuse box.
I have added some circuits, one for headlamp relays, & driving lamp relay,
another added circuit feeds my Positive/Negative earth converter and finally one for some added accessories, (boot lamp, parking lamp, electric windscreen washer).
With the in line fuses if you want un switched power to feed the circuit, I connected to the A terminal of the control box. If you want switched power feed I connected to A2 terminal of the fuse box. If you choose to follow this install the fuse as close a possible to the power terminal. Remember the fuse is protecting the wire not the accessory. The correct braided & colour wire types can be had from Autosparks along with correct fuse holders, bullets and connectors. All looks pretty much correct when done.
