Despite many, many, attempts, there is no way that this b****y system will let me access the members only section of the Forum, it never has, ever.
I think my membership is up to date, if it isn't, this has not been the problem throughout my membership, I have never been able to access this section.
I have my username written down; it hasn't changed.
I have my password written down; it hasn't changed, and is the same password I use for several other other sites which require paswords for access.
Am I wasting my time? will someone please tell me.

I don't think there is anything unusual about this forum. Login is by user name and password, like any other forum. It might be worth setting yourself up again with a new user id and password, if you can't resolve the problem with your existing id. Rob

Sorry, but on the banner headline is the heading 'MEMBERS ONLY', under this headline are such sub-headings as 'Old classified' and 'New Classified'.
I would quite like to have a look at them, please. If I can't what is the point ......

Hi Boatman, If you are a member of the club, the password is shown in the magazine to access this area. If you are a member, but can't find the password, then you need to email the editor and he can sort you out. Cheers Bob

Thanks Bob. You grasped the point, and my adled memory was jogged. It took a while to find said password, but it did the trick. I will try harder not to forget next time, promise.
As an aside, the 'handle' is 'Jollyboatman', on account of the classic dinghy I sail, a 'Jollyboat', designed by one of the greatest dinghy designers, Uffa Fox. Designed and built immediately after WW2, was, at the time, the fastest sailing dinghy afloat. A suitable companion for the RMC, and in matching colours no less.
