Does anyone know the size and thread of the wheel studs on a Riley 9?

The studs and nuts are half inch BSF, however they are not interchangeable from offside to nearside and the other way round because the thread on the offside (I think!) is reversed to prevent the wheels nuts from loosening going forwards

The Riley 9, 6 stud wheels have 15mm studs and handed nuts. The off side have the RH thread and near side the LH threads. This design has a natural self tightening as the car moves forwards. Center lock splined wheels have the hands reversed to achieve self tightening. A 3/4" AF socket should fit the wheel nuts - a common size. Roger Challis
